We've been kitting people out for cold places for over 15 years — first trips to the Arctic, Greenland crossings, Antarctica and many more. A lot of you come back to us, and we've never had a proper way of saying thank you. This is it.
The Club is simple: the more you've spent with us over the years, the more we give back. Everything you've ever ordered from us already counts — so if you've been buying from us for a while, you may find you're already a member the day you join.
The levels
Base Camp — free to join. You get our member emails, early access to new-season stock before it sells through, and a £5 welcome off your first order over £75 if you're new to us.
Polar Circle — once your orders with us pass £300 all-time. From then on, 5% comes off automatically at checkout on the full-price range, plus free UK delivery on all your orders. No codes, nothing to remember — if you're signed in, it just happens.
Expedition — once you pass £1,000 all-time. 10% off automatically, and the part we think matters more: direct access to me. Planning a trip? Call or email and we'll talk through your kit properly, the same way we'd plan our own. Expedition members also get first call on limited stock — some of what we import arrives in small numbers, and you'll hear about it before anyone else.
