Lorpen Fresh ECO Liner Socks

NEW!

We are excited to take on this technical and exciting brands from the Pyrenees. Built in their own local factories, Lorpen socks have a reputation for quality, innovation and sustainability.

We are using this liner for summer fast and light trips, cycling and sports. In winter it's being used as the first layer in our expedition ski boots, Mountaineering Boots or SkiMo.

Thin sock or liner that keeps you cool thanks to the material it incorporates and the open mesh structure of the foot.

Layer 1 - A hydrophobic yarn in contact with the skin to wick away sweat and keep skin dry.

layer 2 - A hydrophilic yarn on the exterior to absorb the sweat wicked away from the skin and spread it out so it dries faster.

Material

67%Re-Fresh 19%Stretch Nylon with Lycra 14%Red-Cycled nylon

Red-Cycled Nylon yarn is 100% made with fish nets whose useful life in the fishing industry has come to an end. Instead of becoming a hazard at the bottom of the ocean or garbage elsewhere, they are recycled into a new nylon yarn. This continuous fiber yarn is characterized by its strength and cushioning capacity. This is the fiber that is most resistant to wear and tear.
