Brynje believe this Jacket is their true all rounder, containing high enough spec and features for Expeditions, while still having the relaxed comfort of being able to wear to the office. The jacket is once again based on Brynje’s fundamental principle of using mesh combined with wool to give you the best performing garment for serious users. The outer layer is 70% Merino and 30% Polyamid, giving the jacket a more robust finish. The Merino fibers are also Teflon coated, giving the jacket good water resistance in a shower. The Merino wool outer layer also insulates the body from the cold even under damp or wet conditions. The Proline windproof/breathable membrane, sewn into the front of the jacket between the lining and outer layer, provides protection from biting winds. The breathability and warmth of the jacket is excellent and the windproof lining in the front minimizes the need to put on a full windproof waterproof jacket.

The L.I.M. Mid jacket is a versatile super thin mid-layer/base layer. Simply put, we think it's the best layer we've found to go over our Brynje mesh. The knit fabric gives amazing breathability during high intensity activity, but traps enough air to keep you warm. The full length zip means you can vent if you get too warm, allowing you to maintain a ideal body temperature.
NOTE: If you're looking to use as a base layer, or over the Brynje mesh, we'd recommend going down a size.
Super lightweight plain knit face, open brushed new stripe structure at the backside enhanced insulation and moisture management
Next to skin comfort in a soft hand fabric with smooth outer face for layering
Stretch fabric throughout to allow maximum freedom of movement
Full length from zip
No shoulder seams to avoid chafing and enhanced durability
Flatlock seams throughout to optimize low bulk and durability
Ready for your next ski tour? The Aenergy Light ML Jacket Men makes an outstanding mid-layer. The jacket relies on a carefully considered combination of two high-quality, functional fleece materials that ensure an optimal body climate. Warm Pontetorto® Tecnostretch is found on the front, shoulders and outer arms, while thinner, quick-drying Pontetorto® Dryfast® has been used on the back and under the arms. This proves practical especially on strenuous tours through the snow, as the jacket stays dry.
We’ve chosen the Energy Light ML jacket to work with our Brynje mesh base layers. The full zip allows excellent thermal regulation for dumping warm air and exchanging for cool air. Works well over the mesh as a winter base layering combination.

Brynje Arctic Womens' Jacket With Hood
SPECIAL ORDER. Delivery 5-8 days
Unrivalled warmth and performance for the coldest days.
Zip polo jacket with full length zip, hood and long sleeves with thumb loop. Two hand warmer pockets and a shock cord hood adjustment make this a cosy piece of kit. Brynje Arctic Double is the warmest base layer in the Brynje range. Made to be worn as a base layer in cold conditions, or as a layering piece, this innovative mesh and merino combination delivers warmth and wicking performance when you need it. An outer Merino layer of 220g/m2 combined with an inner layer of Polypropylene mesh, traps air to keep you warm, while allowing your body to breath and release sweat vapour through the mesh, and away from the body. This allows for excellent body temperature regulation in cold conditions. This is a firm favourite with all who use it, with users taking it to the North and South Poles, Mount Everest and even to wear at home after a cold day skiing! The item you don’t want to leave home without!
